Q: What is Die-Tech's Customer Returns record?
A: Customer returns of precision metal stampings due to damage or defect are 500 parts per million (PPM) based on all product shipped in 2008. This approaches the Five Sigma standard of 233 PPM (Four Sigma is 6,200 PPM). Die-Tech is working to achieve an ultimate quality standard goal of a world class, Six Sigma rating of 3.4 PPM.
