| Does your next venture demand a sturdy, specially made, precision metal stamping? Perhaps it needs plastic over-molding or insertion into one of the many "black boxes" used in automotive applications for electrical sensors that control braking, air bag deployment, heat/air conditioning, fuel injection and similar systems.
Die-Tech Terminal Leadframes are robust, reliable, precise metal stampings that may be exposed to harsh environments; such as those found in automotive, military, aerospace, or industrial controls applications. These unforgiving conditions are what the Terminal Leadframe model was created to address.
Terminal Leadframes are made in a continuous reel and then teamed with plastic, at which point the metal carrier strip is removed - thus eliminating one step of the production process for the customer. Terminal Leadframes can also be molded with a locking device in the plastic so they snap into larger housings thus reducing the need for fixturing on your production line.
Our focus on the customer's challenges, in-house efficiencies, and teaming with York Imperial Plastics enables Die-Tech to fast-track the product to production. This time-to-market advantage is key to our customer's ability to compete in today's global economy.
Do you use metal stampings that require plastic over-molding? How would reducing your new product development time affect your operations? Perhaps it is time to have a conversation with one of Die-Tech's Business Development Engineers.
via email or contact us via phone or fax and a Business Development Engineer will call you to begin the process that determines if Terminal Leadframes would be a fit for your application. |
